RCMT AD 2.20 本場飛航規定

2.20.1 機場作業規定

本場飛行限制
1. 本場因受限於地形及跑道長度，為安全計，本場以不使用順風起降為原則，於順風5NM以下時（不論乾跑道或濕跑道），飛航組員得請求順風起降。
2. 由於地形因素，航機於下列位置時，塔臺無法目視其航行動態，飛行員應特別當心：
  1. 位於機場西側
  2. 03跑道進場時之航線5邊約1-2NM外
  3. 21跑道進場時之航線3邊
3. 固定翼航空器不得實施特種目視飛航。
4. 僅供馬祖/南竿機場備降。
5. 馬祖/北竿機場因地形障礙而為特殊機場。

2.22.2 雷達備用儀器飛航程序

本程序僅於馬祖歸航臺(NK NDB)故障，無法全程使用W2或W8航路，且雷達工作正常時適用：

由本島機場赴馬祖/北竿機場
航空器通過HIPPO或HAPPY前，如能保持目視，應主動通知航管取消儀器飛航；如無法實施儀器進場或保持目視飛航，則由航管引導返航。
由馬祖/北竿機場返臺灣本島機場
航空器於W2或W8航路途中，如遇NK NDB故障，駕駛員得請求航管雷達引導至GENIE(W2航路)或DEFOE (W8航路)，恢復正常航行。
使用本程序時，不得使用HIPPO及HAPPY等待航線。

2.22.3 無線電失效程序

航空器於臺北近場管制塔臺管制下，如無法構成無線電連絡達1分鐘以上時，航空器應轉換至馬祖北竿機場管制臺或其他航管單位試通，如仍無法構成連絡，應將電碼置於7600，並保持5000呎定向鞍部多向導航臺/歸航臺(APU/AP)，依無線電失效程序實施。
